We've been hard at work creating a couple of new solutions on GivingDNA that support all levels of individual giving, and we would like to share them with you!

Donor Dossiers

Dossiers provide individual views on your donors or non-donors to better understand exactly who a person is. Begin with a clear view of everything you already know about them, and have the ability to upgrade and layer on GivingDNA's insights.

Dossiers are automatically created for everyone you upload onto GivingDNA and updated on a monthly basis. They are particularly helpful for Mid-level and Major Gift Officers looking to personally engage with their donors in a more meaningful way and better understand their giving potential.

RFM Scores

GivingDNA's own Recency, Frequency and Monetary score is a great tool to segment your donors for outreach, prioritize for upgrade opportunities or uncover any stagnating segments on your file. GivingDNA scores appear in a 0-7 range. For full details on how we calculate RFM scores check out our knowledge base article here.
