We want to share new insights on GivingDNA that can be included in any saved segment exported from the platform.

When you upload data onto GivingDNA, the platform goes to work for you and assigns Capacity and RFM scores to each of your constituents. These serve as great tools to prioritize your constituents and better understand their commitment and ability to support your mission. When exporting segments out of GivingDNA these fields can be included in the export and loaded onto your primary database for additional use.
