As part of our continual security improvements with GivingDNA, we have built in a Two-Factor Authentication function. Two-Factor Authentication is an additional layer of security, which adds an extra step between inputting your password and accessing your account.

• This is optional and can be turned on in your Cause Settings page at your own discretion. If you don’t turn it on you won’t notice any difference when logging in as you always have
• Two-Factor Authentication will be available on Tuesday May 25th.
• Once turned on you will be prompted to add a cell phone number (second factor) and enter the six-digit code you receive via text
• Moving forward you will need to do this Two-Factor Auth each time you login every 2 days. However, if you select "remember me" on the login page, you won't need to use Two-Factor Auth on that device for 7 days.
