Creating and saving segments is part of the power that helps you take action on the insights in GivingDNA. If for some reason the segment doesn't process or save, a notification will be sent out informing you to reprocess it again so you can download the segment as soon as possible and keep the momentum you have for your strategy or campaign. 

Also, there's a powerful prospect identification functionality in GivingDNA that many users aren't aware of. We'll provide a refresher on how to use the PI function as well as best practices.
